These terms apply when you use christmaspfp.org (the "Service"), run by Christmas PFP. By using the Service you agree to them. Questions: support@christmaspfp.org.

The Service

Christmas PFP lets you add Christmas hats, antlers, frames, snow and banners to a photo in your browser and download the result. It is free to use and does not need an account. We may change, pause or stop the Service at any time.

Your photos and pictures

• Only use photos you have the right to use. If a photo shows other people, make sure they are happy for you to use it.
• Your photo is processed on your device and is not uploaded to us. You keep all rights to your photos and to the pictures you make.
• The Christmas looks (hats, antlers, frames and banners) are ours. You may use them in the pictures you make for personal and commercial use, but you may not extract them and sell or redistribute them on their own.

Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to make pictures that harass, impersonate or deceive people, or that are unlawful. Do not try to disrupt the Service, overload it or access it by automated means beyond normal browsing.

No warranty

The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Christmas PFP is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If you keep using the Service after a change, the new terms apply.
